OVERVIEW - SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - WEST:
Identity management is the fastest growing segment in the cybersecurity industry. Identropy is uniquely positioned for success given the expertise of our team and our reputable relationships with top technology companies in our space.
We’re growing quickly and seeking a passionate, high-performing Senior Account Executive - West for our U.S. western territory. The ideal person will have a proven track record of enterprise solution selling. In this role, you will develop your territory by fostering relationships with our technology partners to drive value for our clients. You will have ownership of your territory and will manage it as your own business with the flexibility to develop your own go-to market strategy while leveraging Identropy’s capabilities. Candidates must be comfortable managing a multi-million dollar sales quota with an uncapped earnings potential.
We’re actively pursuing an experienced enterprise solutions sales person with a proven track record selling to “C level” executives. As a senior member of the sales team, you will be looked to for guidance and act as a mentor to more junior members of the team.
Strong preference for cybersecurity sales experience. Identity and Access Management experience a tremendous plus.
Identify, qualify and close new business opportunities
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
Proficient in forecasting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Work with best-of-breed technology partners to extend reach and drive adoption
Present to C-level executives and other key decision makers
Coordinate and communicate with various internal resources during pre-sales and post-sales activities
Ensure customer satisfaction by recognizing customers business problems and driving / influencing resources to address opportunities and/or issues
Believe in what we’re doing and do anything it takes to deliver on your goals
Ability to travel 20% to 30% if based in-territory; up to 60% if based out of territory
A team player with strong ethical values that engages transparently with others.
5+ years of IT/software solution-selling sales experience, preferably in Identity Management.
A track record of success selling in-territory to mid to large enterprises.
Deep knowledge of IAM technologies, market trends, and competitor activities a plus.
SaaS/Cloud experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Extensive customer network.
Disciplined and accountable.
BS/BA degree required.
