Identropy is seeking an ambitious Account Executive to manage the sales processes and business in U.S. territories.  The ideal candidate will take a consultative sales approach to sell Identropy’s consulting services and resell select partner software.  A successful candidate needs to have a strong understanding of the IAM use cases, technologies, and best practices. The Account Executive must also be able to help develop and execute an attainable sales strategy that is comprised of, but is not limited to, prospecting, relationship development/management, customer presentations, pricing/contract negotiations, and ensuring successful delivery of consulting services.   



 bullet  Develop and execute against a comprehensive sales plan for assigned territory.

  • bullet  Create and drive individual sales strategies with key accounts.

  • bullet  Prospect, find, develop and close opportunities with new accounts.

  • bullet  Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

  • bullet  Work with best of breed technology partners to extend reach and drive adoption.

  • bulletManage contract negotiations .

bullet  Present to C-level executives and other key decision makers.

bullet  Coordinate and communicate with various internal resources during pre-sales and post-sales activities.

bullet  Ensure customer satisfaction by recognizing customer’s business problems and driving / influencing resources to address opportunities and/or issues.

bullet  Ability to travel 20% to 30% if based in-territory; up to 60% if based out of territory.



 bullet  3+ years of sales account management experience working for a technology vendor and/or consulting services provider.

bullet  Minimum 3+ years of successful experience in a quota driven sales capacity.

bullet  Enterprise level software sales solution experience.

bullet  Deep knowledge of IAM technologies, market trends, and competitor activities.

bullet  SaaS/Cloud experience strongly preferred.

bullet  Strong verbal and written communications skills.

bullet  Professional Services account experience is a plus.

bullet  Ability to work independently and collaborate within teams.

bullet  BS/BA degree required.

bullet  Candidates meeting some of these criteria, but with a significant interest and aptitude to learn these skills will also be considered.
